Password/Login Help

Internet Explorer, Netscape and other browsers sometimes experience problems using passwords to gain access to a web site. Here are solutions to the most common problems:
  1. Did you forget your password? Enter your email address here and your password will be mailed to you.
  2. Email Address:  

  3. Are you using the right USERNAME and PASSWORD and correct spelling?

  4.      1. Your USERNAME is your email address.
         2. The PASSWORD is case-sensitive.

  5. Clear the disk cache - often this can be done from the OPTIONS menu in your browser
  6. UNcheck the SAVE PASSWORD box in Microsoft Internet Explorer.
  7. Exit the Microsoft Internet Explorer browser program completely, restart Internet Explorer and then go directly to the site and try again.
